Valentine’s Day is coming. Shop windows are already decorated with different items with the valentine’s theme – hearts, arrows, flowers, Cupids, everything starts moving in that rhythm – the rhythm of love. As we all know, Valentine's Day is a day on which lovers traditionally express their love for each other on different ways. They give flowers, chocolates and sweets to each other, send greeting cards. ‘Pass the Heart’ is an interesting way to train flexibility. About the equipment, you need a pillow heart for the two teams. The first player puts the pillow between his chin and neck and passes it to the next player. They should finish the circle and the first team to complete the game wins.
